Sure, this is a small thing and not directly related to the service they provide, but it shows a higher level of customer service and personalization that you don't see too often these days. Mosquito Joe is a quality service provider! The following is my experience. Our technician is- Takarri W! He is fantastic He is friendly, asks about any issues on the property. Then he services the property with care and diligence! I am notified when I am the next location on their route. They ask if any special needs for the property. He services the property, taking care to meet our needs and even latches the gate when finished! They follow up with a message via text that the service has been completed! We started using Mosquito Joe of North GA because we struggled to find a consistently reliable mosquito company. My daughter has a severe allergy to bites and every company started out well and then service declined from there. I expressed my concerns when I was giving Mosquito Joe of North GA a try and also explained the importance of keeping away from our garden as we grow vegetables to consume. Chris ALWAYS goes above and beyond and not only does a VERY thorough job of our property but also manages to stay away from the vegetable garden while carefully and thoroughly treating the rest of the property. I’m 100% satisfied with this mosquito company and sure hope they pay Chris well as he consistently goes above and beyond for his customers.
